William A. “Bill” Frazier | Obituary

William A. “Bill” Frazier, 71, of Waterloo, died Aug. 13, 2017, in Coffeeville, Kansas.

He was born Dec. 6, 1945, in Georgetown, Pa., son of the late William C. and Bernice Frazier (nee Crago).

William was a retired supervisor of Little Rock Municipal Water Co., Little Rock, Ark. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran.

He is survived by his son Cecil Frazier; sisters and brother Patrica Frazier, Lenora (Ed) Beaumont, and David (Barbara) Frazier; and sister-in-law Marilyn Frazier; along with aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Frazier (nee Schewe), and brother Cecil Frazier.

Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Aug. 17, and 10 a.m. to noon, Aug. 18, at Quernheim Funeral Home, Waterloo.

A graveside service will be an noon Aug. 18, at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Kolmer Memorial Cemetery, Waterloo.

As an expression of sympathy the family prefers memorial contributions to St. Paul United Church of Christ, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Southern Illinois.
