Jessy Wetzler and Henry Horrell have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Randy and Robin Wetzler of Waterloo. She is a 2006 graduate of Waterloo High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems. She is employed as a consulting manager at Vodori, a digital marketing software company based in Chicago.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Don and Judy Horrell of Waterloo. He is a 2007 graduate of Waterloo High School and a 2012 graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Master of Science in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant employed at Workiva, an accounting professional service firm based in Chicago.

The couple are planning an Oct. 17, 2015, wedding.
