Stella T. Dressler, nee Borisuk, 94, of Waterloo, died Oct. 5, 2014.

She was born March 18, 1920, daughter of the late Joseph A. and Josephine Borisuk, nee Ischuk.

She is survived by siblings Julius Borisuk, Augustine “Augie” Sumpter and Irene (Oliver) Wirthlin.

She was preceded in death by siblings Sophia Borisuk, Mary Jordan, Henry Borisuk and JoAnn “Babe” Chiodini.

She was a dear aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Many thanks to the loving staff of Oak Hill Nursing Home for the care they gave Stella these last seven years.

Visitation will take place from 1 to 5 p.m. Oct. 12 at Hoffmeister South County Chapel in Lemay, Mo.

A funeral service will take place at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 13 at the funeral home chapel.

Interment will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Stray Rescue of St. Louis or the Hospice of Southern Illinois.
