Sheryl Lynn Poynor (nee Tilley), 56, of Waterloo, died Sept. 29, 2012, in St. Louis.

She was born Aug. 4, 1956, in Red Bud, son of Doyle Tilley and the late Gloria Tilley (nee Schmidt).

She was married to Douglas Poynor; he survives.

Mrs. Poynor was a disabled CNA.

Survivors include her father; husband; children Shane (Tracy) Tilley of Gassville, Ark., and Katie (finance Ben Crabtree) Poynor of Blackwell, Ark.; grandchildren Adain Tilley and Isabell Tilley of Gassville, Ark., and Jordan Crabtree and Alice Crabtree of Blackwell, Ark.; and brothers and sisters Jim (Cindy) Tilley of Gassville, Ark., Lisa (Mike) Utley of Punta Gorda, Fla., and Brian (Lisa) Tilley of Columbia; along with nieces, nephews and many friends.

Visitation is Wednesday, Oct. 3, from 3 to 7 p.m., at De Fabio Funeral Home, Waterloo.

Funeral services will be Oct. 3, at 7:30 p.m., at the funeral home.

Burial will be private.

Tammy is an award-winning Graphic Artist for the Republic-Times. She has worked at the newspaper for almost 15 years, while her and her husband Norman, of 34 years, are owners of Sunderman's Garage in Columbia. She enjoys photography and her five grandchildren.
