Columbia Police
Aug. 27
Evan L. Willhite, 33, of Fairview Heights, was cited on I-255 for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.
Aug. 28
Brandon A. Maxmeiner, 20, of Columbia, was cited at Admiral Parkway and Veterans Parkway for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.
Aug. 28
Logan P. Thomas, 18, of St. Louis, was cited at 1553 N. Main Street for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.
Sept. 18
Matthew S. Banker, 57, of Waterloo, was cited at Route 3 and North Main Street for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis.
Sept. 24
Patricia D. Seets, 47, of Millstadt, was arrested at 1421 N. Main Street for domestic battery and cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Sept. 24
Thomas F. Faulstitch, 34, of St. Louis, was arrested on the northbound ramp onto Route 158 from Route 3 for driving under the influence, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to wear a seat belt.
Sept. 24
The Columbia Fire Department responded about 6:45 p.m. to a small storage shed completely engulfed in flames in the 500 block of W. Bottom Avenue. Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire and the siding of a nearby home sustained minor damage. Police assisted with traffic control. The cause of the fire appears to be electrical.
Sept. 25
Dane A. Huebner, 30, of Columbia, was arrested on Veterans Parkway at Bradington for DUI and improper stopping in the roadway.
Sept. 26
Kevin B. Gravot, 52, of Millstadt, was arrested at 100 Admiral Weinel Boulevard for DUI, improper stopping in the roadway and no insurance.

Monroe County Sheriff
Sept. 23
A possible report of domestic battery at the entrance to the fairgrounds on Route 156 is under investigation.
Sept. 24
Ryan J. Smith, 21, of Dupo, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.
Leslie J. Adams, 46, of East Carondelet, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.
Sept. 25
Jeremiah W. Roberts, 34, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, speeding and improper lane usage on Route 3 at Warren Drive.
Sept. 27
Blake E. Miller, 29, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery at 4178 State Route 3.

Waterloo Police
Sept. 9
Madelyn F. McGinnis, 19, of Waterloo, was cited for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of Front Street.
Sept. 18
Jerome Crane, 34, of St. Louis, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant and also for possession of a hypodermic syringe on Hoener Avenue at S. Church Street. Also arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe was Kayla Schwent, 22, of Waterloo.
Sept. 19
Steven S. Stryker, 38, of Waterloo, was arrested on a warrant for felony forgery involving a check for $733 through First National Bank of Waterloo. The alleged incident occurred in August.
Sept. 20
Joshua R.D. Marquardt, 26, of Waterloo, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a hypodermic syringe and endangering the health of a child at 3 Station West. Also charged in the case is Emily G. Richter, 25, of Waterloo, with possession of a hypodermic syringe and endangering the health of a child. Court information states that Marquardt and Richter knowingly caused danger to a child by leaving syringes and needles lying around their residence, along with other drug paraphernalia, in such a manner that the child could gain access.
Sept. 21
Charles H. Fike, 52, of Waterloo, was arrested for assault, obstructing identification and resisting arrest in the 200 block of Briarwood Drive.
Sept. 25
Kenneth Moore, 34, of St. Louis, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant out of St. Louis.
Devin Ballard, 30, of Waterloo, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (heroin) in the 400 block of Steining  Street.
Sept. 27
Officers responded about 4:30 p.m. to a report of a possible residential break-in on Station Crossing with entry through a window.
