Columbia Police
Aug. 23
Amanda R. Cooley, 37, of Arnold, Mo., was arrested on two in-state warrants on Admiral Parkway at North Main Street.
Aug. 27
Three 16-year-old juveniles were issued curfew violations at Rauch and Main streets shortly after 1 a.m.
Officers requested an Illinois State Police crime scene unit to assist in investigating a residential burglary reported in the 600 block of North Main Street about 11:45 a.m. Sometime between 5:30 p.m. Aug. 26 and 12:30 a.m. Aug. 27, tools and jewelry were taken from a back foyer entrance area.
Aug. 28
Chad M. Rickermann, 40, of Ballwin, Mo., was arrested on an in-state warrant on I-255 westbound for failure to appear in court on a previous charge.

Monroe County Sheriff
Aug. 24
The theft of a red 2001 Yamaha Big Bear ATV from an open-sided shed in the 6800 block of Faust Road is under investigation. Sometime between 10:30 a.m. and noon on Aug. 23, a white pickup pulling a trailer allegedly stole the ATV.
Aug. 25
David L. Smith, 28, of Frohna, Mo., was arrested on a Monroe County warrant and for driving too fast for conditions and leaving the scene of an accident in the 2500 block of Hanover Road about 7 a.m.
Aug. 27
Possible charges of possession of a controlled substance are pending against a man and woman following a single-vehicle crash in the area of Coxeyville Road and Gilmore Lake Road. The male driver suffered a minor hand injury.
Aug. 28
Anthony Ruckhaber, 21, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage on Rogers Street at Fourth Street.
James J. Setzer, 41, of Fults, was arrested for DUI and unlawful use of an unsafe tire on Route 3 at Rose Lane.
Aug. 30
Deputies responded with Monroe County EMS about 3:15 p.m. to a two-vehicle crash in the rain at Route 3 just north of Kaskaskia Road. Both vehicles, a silver Dodge pickup and a white car, sustained moderate damage but no serious injuries were reported. About 10 minutes later, a vehicle drove into a ravine on Route 156 near Old Baum Church Road and Mystic Lane. Injuries were believed to be minor. Fewer than five minutes after that, a third crash was called in at Gall Road and HH Road, during which a vehicle struck a guardrail. There were no injuries.

St. Clair County Sheriff
Aug. 28
Columbia Fire Department and EMS personnel responded to the area of Imbs Station Road at Cement Hollow Road about 7:30 p.m. A vehicle reportedly slammed into a tree, with a witness telling responders that the male driver ran from the scene. No other information was available.

Waterloo Police
Aug. 24
Bruce Boyer, 52, of Waterloo, was arrested for violating an order of protection at 220 N. Main Street.
Aug. 27
Devin Conaway, 23, of Waterloo, was arrested for criminal damage to property at 1029 Turtle Dove Trail.
Mary Bense, 32, of Percy, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart after allegedly taking T-shirts, sandals and other items from the store.
