Aug. 15: Nicholas A. Shea, 18, of Belleville, was cited for possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor at Turner Hall, 211 E. Cherry Street.

Aug. 16: Richard A. Kenny, 57, of Columbia, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant and for driving while license suspended at 300 E. Liberty Street.

Jazmine D. Saxton, 22, of Centreville, was arrested for obstructing identification, driving while license suspended, no insurance and failure to signal on Route 3 south of Palmer Road.

Aug. 17: Brandon Khoury, 24, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery at 115 N. Metter Avenue.

Mercedes R. Hamann, 19, of Columbia, was arrested for domestic battery at 225 W. Whiteside Street.

St. Clair County Sheriff

Aug. 17: The Waterloo Fire Department was called shortly after 11 p.m. to assist the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department with a pickup truck rollover crash at the intersection of Waterloo Road at Floraville Road. There was no entrapment, and the male driver of the Ford F150 was conscious and alert at the scene, a fire official said. The man was transported by Millstadt EMS to Memorial Hospital in Belleville for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Aug. 13: Tesa Ann Guetterman, 40, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, possession of cannabis, no insurance and no rear registration light on Madison Drive at Adams Drive.

Aug. 17: Sarah L. Aldridge, 37, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, no license and speeding at U-Gas, 1000 N. Illinois Route 3. Also cited in the traffic stop was Brian Lechner, 39, of Waterloo, for illegal transportation of alcohol by passenger.
