Columbia Police
May 29
Christopher A. Overall, 29, of Columbia, was charged with 12 felonies — six counts of unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance (oxycodone) and six counts of unlawful possession of a prescription form  — in connection with incidents that occurred in December and January.
May 30
Karah A. Drake, 37, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, no insurance and driving without lights when required at 1019 Valmeyer Road.
Jazilyn Ramirez, 23, of Imperial, Mo., was arrested for DUI and improper lane usage on Admiral Parkway at Mark Drive.
May 31
Anthony J. Butler, 25, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI at 301 Southport Drive.
June 1
Joseph R. Loeza, 21, of Columbia, was arrested at 236 Veterans Parkway on a warrant for possession of cannabis with intent to deliver (more than 30 grams) following an April 30 incident investigated by MEGSI.

Monroe County Sheriff
May 18
The reported theft of vicodin from a nightstand inside a home off Route 3 is under investigation. The theft may have occurred May 10.
May 19
William J. Goodnick, 55, of Waterloo, was transported to St. Anthony’s Medical Center for treatment of injuries sustained when the 2001 Ford Ranger he was driving crashed in the area of HH Road at Barred Owl Drive about 10 a.m., striking four mailboxes.
May 20
A 17-year-old Waterloo girl was transported to Mercy Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained when her 2007 Pontiac G6 crashed in the area of HH Road south of Gall Road about 10:50 a.m., striking a guardrail and veering into a field. She was cited for driving too fast for conditions.
May 22
John Q. Adams, 41, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and illegal transportation of alcohol on Deer Hill Road. He was also charged with felony possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine.
May 26
James Reeder, 20, of Columbia, was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia on North Market Street at Plaza Drive in Waterloo.
The reported theft of a mattress and box spring from a shed in the area of 4300 LL Road is under investigation.
May 30
Caryn Wilbourne of East St. Louis was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

Waterloo Police
May 25
Charles Kemp, 50, of Blodgett, Mo., was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia on Route 3 at Sportsman Road.
May 26
Jessica Lancaster, 21, of Waterloo, was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing police at 101 Hartman Street.
May 28
Police are investigating after a vehicle was found on the side of the levee near Fults late Thursday morning. The car, a 1999 Ford Taurus, was reported stolen on May 13 from the Waterloo Walmart parking lot. An Illinois State Police crime scene unit was dispatched to process the stolen vehicle for evidence. The vehicle had its ignition “popped” and there were no plates found.
May 29
Robert W. Bergman, 34, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery and resisting arrest at 305 Grand Avenue.
May 30
Samantha Ahrens, 22, of Valmeyer, was arrested for retail theft at Walmart. She is alleged to have taken various items from the store.
Updating a May 18 incident in which a man wanted for armed robbery in Williamson County ran from a Waterloo officer following an early morning traffic stop at 503 Park Street, Waterloo Police Chief Jim Trantham said the suspect was captured recently in Tennessee in connection with a crime committed there.
