Columbia Police
Jan. 29
Martin J. Morrison, 37, of St. Louis, was arrested on Old State Route 3 at Skyline Drive for possession of methamphetamine and fleeing or eluding police, both felonies. Also arrested in the incident was Marissa N. Hoggard, 19, of St. Louis, for possession of meth.
Feb. 3
Elaine K. Polizzi, 61, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, no insurance and improper lane usage on Route 3 northbound at North Main Street.
Dakota J.W. Timmons, 20, of Waltonville, was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia on Quarry Road at Rueck Road.
Feb. 8
Joshua M. Jaeger, 30, was arrested on a fugitive from justice out-of-state warrant on Route 158 at Todd Hall Center Drive.

Monroe County Sheriff
Feb. 2
Jeff Herring, 38, of Valmeyer, was arrested on an in-state warrant on Valmeyer Road in Columbia.
Jamie Barnes, 33, of Red Bud, was charged with misdemeanor criminal damage to property on Rolling Hills Street near St. Joe.
Thomas W. Cahoon, 29, of Red Bud, was arrested for felony driving while license revoked (third offense).
Feb. 4
Terry M. Ryan, 55, of Cahokia was charged with felony driving while license revoked (seventh offense) following her arrest on Southport Drive in Columbia. She has prior convictions for driving while revoked in Monroe County during 2004 as well as subsequent convictions in St. Clair County in 2007 and 2015.
Feb. 6
Keith A. Radford, 20, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI on Marney Lane at about 2:20 a.m.
Feb. 7 
Carol Raby, 46, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle on Route 3 at FF Road at about 12:30 a.m.

Waterloo Police
Feb. 2
Justin DeMay, 18, of Waterloo, was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia on South Library Street at Fourth Street.
Feb. 3
The report of a suspicious person in the 500 block of S. Market Street is under investigation. At about 11 p.m., the subject was observed acting suspiciously near a house but ran away, police said. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anyone or see any signs of forced entry to the residence.
Feb. 5
The suspected theft of storm sewer housing from a work site near the intersection of Route 3 and North Market Street shortly after 5 p.m. is under investigation. Police were looking for two males in a brown pickup truck.
Feb. 6
Deborah Rusteberg, 50, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving on the wrong side of the roadway on Rogers Street at Hamacher Street.
