Columbia Police

Dec. 18

Officers responded shortly after 5 p.m. to multiple reports of a person standing on the edge of the Jefferson Barracks Bridge on I-255. It is believed the unidentified person quickly returned to their vehicle and drove away without further incident.

Monroe County Sheriff

Dec. 17

Lindsay Eiskant, 28, of Cahokia, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

Dec. 18

Joshua J. Dwiggins, 38, of Freeburg, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (heroin) on Southport Drive in Columbia.

Dec. 20

Charles E. Mansfield Jr., 43, of Waterloo, was arrested for felony driving while license revoked (second offense).

Sarah Ann Bishop-Reeves, 55, of Missouri, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant out of St. Charles, Mo., and for speeding and no insurance on Hanover Road at Bluff Road.

Waterloo Police

Dec. 19

A juvenile was issued a city ordinance violation for possession of an e-cigarette at Waterloo Junior High School. 

Stacey Munoz, 33, of Waterloo, and Clay Giglotto, 47, of Waterloo, were both cited for illegal transportation of alcohol on Plaza Drive at Route 3.
