Columbia Police

Sept. 24
Stephanie C. Miller, 31, of Red Bud was arrested on multiple St. Clair County warrants.
Sept. 28
Officers responded to Reifschneider’s Grill & Grape, 608 N. Main Street, following a disturbance between patrons inside the establishment around 12:30 a.m. None of those involved required medical transport. There was damage caused inside the establishment as a result of the incident, which is under investigation.
Edin Hrnjic, 19, of St. Louis, was arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude police, street racing, and speeding more than 40 miles per hour over the posted limit on I-255 westbound at milepost 1.8.
John D. Patton, 36, of St. Libory, was arrested for DUI, driving while license revoked, expired registration and no insurance on Route 158 at Todd Center Drive.
Derek A. Dillon, 26, of Columbia, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant at 18 March Court.
Sept. 30
Diane Ruesler of Waterloo was arrested for domestic battery.

Monroe County Sheriff

Sept. 24
A 2012 Polaris ATV was reported stolen from Wm. Nobbe John Deere, 6469 State Route 3. The alleged theft is believed to have occurred between Sept.  21 and Sept. 24.
A report of criminal damage to vehicle at 4375 JJ Road is under investigation. A vehicle was keyed and someone threw a brick through its window. A headlight was also damaged.    Sept. 25
Patrick R. Young of Gray Summit, Mo., was transported from Crawford County, Mo., on a Monroe County arrest warrant on charges of burglary, damage to property and theft from a coin machine. The alleged incident took place Aug. 3 in Columbia.
Sept. 26
A 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis driven by Bradley P. Lane, 22, of Valmeyer, struck a guardrail and lost control, ending up in a ditch off Woodland Ridge about one-half mile west of Bluff Meadows Drive in Valmeyer around 10:15 p.m. Lane and a passenger, Brett R. Spinner, 20, of East Carondelet, were transported to Memorial Hospital in Belleville. Both men were cited for failure to wear a seat belt.
Sept. 28
Raymond Hankins of Waterloo was arrested on a failure to pay warrant stemming from a Waterloo city ordinance violation.
Brendan G. Radford of Waterloo was arrested on a Monroe County warrant outside the Columbia Dairy Queen.
Sept. 29
Deputies are looking for a white car, possibly a Pontiac G6, after it rear-ended another vehicle on D Road at Route 156 around 7:55 a.m. and left the scene.

Waterloo Police

Sept. 26
Clinton Smith, 31, of Waterloo, was arrested for DUI on South Main at Third Street.
Sept. 27
Russell Feldpausch, 34, of Collinsville, was arrested on two counts of felony burglary to motor vehicle following car break-ins at 600 Waterloo Drive and 322 N. Market Street. A laptop computer was taken in one of the thefts.
Frank Humphrey, 46, of Waterloo, was arrested for domestic battery.
Oct. 1
Taliaferro Slaughter, 39, of Waterloo, was arrested for criminal trespass to property on Illinois Avenue.
