Columbia Police
Oct. 20 – Alyssa N. Zahn, 27, was arrested on an in-state warrant at 286 Southwoods Drive.
Oct. 23 – Devan M. Proffitt, 21, of Dupo, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant and for driving while suspended, no insurance and expired registration on Veterans Parkway at Admiral Parkway.
Oct. 23 – Alexander J. Harres, 29, of Columbia, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant at 712 E. Cherry Street.
Oct. 25 – Rashawnda A. Turley, 41, of Red Bud, was arrested for DUI on Route 3 at Frontage Road.
Oct. 25 – Kacie L. Vogt, 22, of Fults, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant and for no insurance, illegal transportation of alcohol and failure to wear seat belt on Route 3 south of Frontage Road.

Monroe County Sheriff
Oct. 19 – A 2002 Ford Explorer driven by Wendy A. Monroe, 35, of Millstadt, ran off the side of the road on Bluff Road just north of HH Road about 7:15 p.m., striking an embankment and overturning. Monroe and a 12-year-old female passenger were transported to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville for a precautionary evaluation.
Oct. 19 – Jason Yaekel, 31, of Columbia, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Oct. 21 – Jay Tomlin of Waterloo was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant on Route 156 near Hecker.
Oct. 23 – Waterloo High School reported that a 14-year-old female student refused to go home from school, claiming abuse by a parent. The case was referred to the Department of Child and Family Services and remains under investigation.
Oct. 24 – Cody P. Atkins, 21, of Columbia, was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia on Palmer Road near Red Roof Liquor & Lottery in Columbia.
Oct. 25 – David S. Hembree of Cahokia was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.

Waterloo Police
Oct. 20 – Cory Thompson, 26, of St. Louis, was arrested for harassment by electronic device at 610 Park Street.
