Columbia Police
Oct. 7
Nedra L. Wilbon, 37, of Minneapolis, Minn., was arrested for DUI, no insurance, driving with one headlight and no valid license on Admiral Parkway at Admiral Weinel Boulevard.
Oct. 9
Layne C. Bryant, 38, of Columbia, was arrested for DUI, no insurance, improper lane usage, and speeding and cited for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia on Locust Street at Main Street.
Jessica L. Denbow of Columbia was arrested for domestic battery at 224 W. Warnock Street. Also arrested was Ervin L. Sanders, 31, of Columbia, for obstructing identification and an in-state warrant.
Oct. 10
A two-car crash occurred at Admiral Parkway and Veterans Parkway, with only minor injuries reported. Police said a 1995 Ford Tempo driven by Matthew Dillard, 18, of Dupo, was traveling south on Admiral Parkway and ran a red light at the intersection, resulting in a collision with a 2011 Buick Lucerne driven by Harry Kuehner, 82, of Columbia. Both drivers complained of minor injuries on scene but neither required medical transport. Dillard was cited for disobeying a traffic light.

Monroe County Sheriff
Oct. 5
Brent Myers, 40, of Columbia, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
Oct. 6
The report of a break-in to an open attached garage at 1930 Bluff Road is under investigation. Tools and a chainsaw were among items reported missing from the garage.
Oct. 10
Ethan A. Green, 20, of Waterloo and Camden Hurst, 20, of Waterloo, were each cited for unlawful possession of alcohol on Main Street at Fourth Street in Waterloo. Hurst was also arrested for driving while license suspended.

Waterloo Police
Oct. 5
Eric Slaughter, 27, of Waterloo, Donna Spencer, 51, of Waterloo, Samantha Boane, 23, of Waterloo, and a juvenile were all issued city ordinance violations for public fighting inside Walmart.
Curtis White, 30, of St. Louis, was arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe on Madison Drive at Adams Drive. Also arrested in the incident was Aaron Liefer, 32, of Waterloo, for unlawful use of a weapon (switchblade).
Cynthia Gist, 53, of Waterloo, was issued a city ordinance violation for public intoxication after she apparently passed out at the intersection of East Mill Street and Bell Street.
Oct. 8
Sarah Dively, 29, of Valmeyer, was arrested at Walmart on a fugitive from justice warrant out of St. Louis City for heroin possession.
Oct. 9
Terry Glotfelty, 62, of Waterloo, was arrested for obstructing identification in the 300 block of Mockingbird Lane.
