Milton H. Wild | Obituary

Milton H. Wild, 85, of Waterloo, died Aug. 3, 2014  in St. Louis.

He was born July 14, 1929, son of the late Emil P. and Leona K. Wild, nee Mueller.

Mr. Wild was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waterloo, Teamsters Local 600 and was a US Korean War Army Veteran.

He is suvived by his wife Anita Wild, nee Hoffmann; children Deneen (Kris) Wild, Annette (Ray Jr.) Fausz, Diane (Robert) Schoenbeck; grandchildren Brian (Sarah) Wild, Bradley Wild, Blake Wild (friend Heather Lyman), Brandon, Mellssa and Justin Fausz, Kaitlan, Kailey (friend Kyle Hemmer) and Kolan Schoenbeck; and brothers Kenneth (Betty) Wild and Stanley (Betty) Wild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, step-mother Rosalie Wild and brothers Charles H. Wild and Donald Wild.

Visitation took place Aug. 4 at Quernheim Funeral Home in Waterloo and Aug. 5 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waterloo.

A funeral service took place Aug. 5 at the church.

Interment followed at Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery in Wartburg.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Immanuel Lutheran Church or the Oak Hill Activity Fund.
