Kleinschmidt-Mericle

Brittany Lee Kleinschmidt and Curtis Evan Mericle of Columbia were married Oct. 3, 2015, at St Paul United Church of Christ, Rev. Bob Goddard officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Dennis and Diana Kleinschmidt; and the granddaughter of Ovid and Judy Queen, and Sylvester and Hilma Kleinschmidt. The bridegroom is the son of Connie Schnepf.

The matron of honor was Lauren Darr, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Victoria Schnepf, sister of the groom; and friends Ana Shields, Carla Steibel, Julie Lansing, Jayme Schmuelling and Melissa Guile. Luciahna Romero, niece of the groom, was the flower girl.

The best man was Trent Romero, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Michael Kleinschmidt, brother of the bride; Eric Darr, brother-in-law of the couple; and friends Cody Gallagher, Jon Cygan, Jake Brumit and Joey May.

The bride is a 2010 graduate of Gibault Catholic High School, and she earned her bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from Saint Louis University in 2015. She is employed as a registered dietician at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis.

The bridegroom is a 2007 graduate of Gibault Catholic High School, and a 2011 graduate of Rankin Technical College.

He is employed as the I&C commissioning and startup technician at Maverick Technologies in Columbia.

The couple honeymooned in Paris and Italy.
