James Buren Price, 86, of St. Louis, died Aug. 7, 2012, in St. Louis.
He was born July 26, 1926, in Gorham, son of the late Lou and Cora Price (nee Wheatley).
He was married to Margaret E. Price (nee Todd); she survives him.
Mr. Price served in the U.S. Navy as an aviation radioman. He was the owner of Price Printing Co. in Waterloo. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, going to church and fishing.
Survivors include his wife; children Terise (Michael) Huskey of Waterloo, James R. (Susan) Price of St. Louis, Cynthia K. (Billy) Carlisle of Salida, Colo., Margaret (Pegi) Price of St. Louis, and Beth D. Price of St. Louis; grandchildren Emily D. Huskey of Atlanta, Ga, Katherine M. Huskey of Waterloo, David M. Huskey of Waterloo, Samuel P. Zoole of St. Louis, Hal P. (Pamela) Carlisle of O’Fallon, Mo., and Villa C. Carlisle of Galveston, Colo.; great-granddaughter Alicia Carlisle; and sister Kathleen (Ray) Marchwinski of Waterloo; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Robert Price, sister Elsie (Jack) Stafford, sister Quintilla (Elbert) Ross, sister Mary (Alan) Wolf, and brother George K. Price; and granddaughters Jessica and Andrea Huskey of Waterloo.
A memorial service was Aug. 11, at Fenton Crossings Bible Chapel, Fenton, Mo.
