ICS boys volleyball | Team of the Week

Immaculate Conception Catholic School boys volleyball team

The Republic-Times Team of the Week is Columbia’s Immaculate Conception School boys volleyball team, which earned second place in the Diocese of Belleville Tournament on March 20. Coached by Mary Anne Lambert, Chris Bira and Todd Biske, ICS beat St. Theresa of Belleville in two games, came from behind to beat Blessed Sacrament of Belleville in three matches, and lost to champions St. Clare of O’Fallon.

Members of the team are Eli Garcia, Jack Burke, Spencer Biske, Jacob Raisch, Nick Prindiville, Bryce Pautler, Kaylum Furlow, Alex Bira, Rob Guetterman, Ryan Gallagher, Ben Lambert and manager Alex Cal. The team finished the season with a 12-6 record.
