Hosted by the Waterloo High School Band Parents as a fundraiser for the Marching Bulldogs, a flea market will take place Labor Day weekend, Sept. 1-2, at the Monroe County Fairgrounds in Waterloo. The event runs 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday.
