The Monroe County Coalition for Drug Free Communities will be stationed at Schnucks in Waterloo and Walgreens in Columbia to collect unused or expired prescription medication as part of National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day this Saturday, April 27.
Anyone wishing to dispose of prescription meds can do so at these locations from 10 a.m. to noon.
The Waterloo and Columbia police station lobbies also have drug drop-off boxes to accept these types of prescription drugs at any time.
