Maeystown will again host its annual Plein Air Paint Out on Saturday, June 9, from 8 a.m to 3 p.m.

The Paint Out is open to any artists, amateur or professional, who would like to come to Maeystown and paint in the open air for the day.

Registration will be at the Preservation Society Mill and Museum from 8-9 a.m. The artists will then be able to choose a location approved by property owners and paint for the day. 

Artists will be able to display and sell paintings, if desired, between 2:30-3 p.m. at the mill.

There is no registration fee for artists to participate.

The public is invited to attend the event and observe the progress of artists throughout the day.

There is no charge to attend the festival.
