The Waterloo Optimist Club is hosts its annual reactor pull Saturday, June 29, at the Monroe County Fairgrounds. The tractor pull is in memory of Bernie Vogt. All proceeds from the event are used by the Optimists in support of community initiatives with the specific focus on youth. The pull begins at 10 a.m. with antique tractors, followed by farmer’s class at 2 p.m. and garden tractors and the Illinois Hot Farm class at 4 p.m. Admission is $5. with children ages 12 and under admitted for free.
