Monroe County Farm Bureau members and their families are invited to attend a Member Appreciation Night and Meet the Candidates event at the Monroe County Fairgrounds on Wednesday, Aug. 8. 

The event begins at 6 p.m. 

Attendees can enjoy hamburgers, sides, ice cream and cookies. There will be a bounce house and activities for kids.

Candidates running for federal, state and local offices in November have been invited to speak.
