Monroe Actors Stage Company presents a special 25th anniversary production of “The Flood” with performances Sept. 20-23 and Sept. 27-30 at the Capitol Theatre in downtown Waterloo.

A musical written by Cara Reichel and Peter Mills, “The Flood” is a fictional story based on the experiences of Valmeyer residents during and following the devastating Flood of 1993.

The musical premiered in New York in 2006 and made its regional debut in Waterloo in 2007.
