The GLOW in the Dark Lighted Holiday Parade takes place at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 27 in downtown Waterloo.

The parade steps off from Gibault Catholic High School, making its way east on Columbia Avenue before turning south onto Main Street and right onto Mill Street before ending at Library Street.
