Clifford J. Gremp | Obituary

Clifford J. Gremp, 89, of Richmond, Ky., formerly of Waterloo, died Jan. 31, 2016, at Baptist Health Medical Center, Richmond, following a brief illness.

He was born Jan. 9, 1927, in Red Bud, son of the late Oscar W. and Sarah M. Gremp (nee Rapp).
Clifford was a member of Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Waterloo and St. Mark Catholic Church in Richmond, Ky.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Dorothy Gremp (nee Meyer); his son Brian and daughter-in-law Michelle Gremp of Richmond, Ky.; grandchildren Alexander, Adam and Aaron Gremp of St. Louis, and Austin Gremp of Marina del Rey, Calif.; sister Eva Mae Ratz of Red Bud; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Feb. 6, at St. Mark Catholic Church, Richmond, Ky.

A memorial service will be held at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Waterloo, on Saturday, March 12, at 10 a.m.

He will be interred at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery, Waterloo, at a later date.
