Cindy Neff

Cindy Neff (nee Voges), 59, of Waterloo, died Jan. 22, 2016, at her home in Waterloo, surrounded by her family and friends.

She was born June 26, 1956, in San Bernadino, Calif., daughter of the late Virgil August Voges and Ruth Jealene Vickers.

Cindy was a member of the Monroe County Farm Bureau.

She is survived by her husband, Myron Neff; children Raylene (David) Lindley, Jeff (Kristy) Neff, Ben (Mary) Neff, and Matthew (Laura) Sebastian; grandchildren Avry Sebastian, Colin Sebastian, Savannah Cowsert, Landon Cowsert, Milla Neff, Jackson Neff, Troy Neff and Drew Neff; and her sisters and brothers Toni (Pete) Rozich, Cathy Meitner, Lisa Talley, Mike (Marsha) Voges, Karen Salger, and Stanley (Carol) Wilcox.

She is preceded by her parents; and a very special step-mom, Shirleen Voges.

A memorial visitation is Jan. 30, from 2 to 4 p.m., at Hope Christian Church.

A memorial service will follow at 4 p.m., at the church,  Pastor Darrel Jones officiating.

As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contributions to: Hospice of Southern Illinois or Hope Food Pantry.
