Carol J. Schultheis (nee Heinke), 66, of Fults, died Aug. 12, 2012, in Town and Country, Mo.
She was born Jan. 12, 1946, in Belleville, daughter of the late Norman and Hazel Heinke (nee Swinney).
She was married to Elmer F. Schultheis; he survives her.
Mrs. Schultheis was a member of Zion United Church of Christ, St. Joe, was retired as postmaster of the Fults Post Office, and was a member of NAPUS.
Survivors include her husband; children Lynn Menke and Craig (Tiffany) Schultheis; grandchildren Tessa and Kehrington Schultheis; sisters Sue (Earl) Haury, Constance (Windsor) Keller, Sharon (Mike) Cleveland, JoAnn (Forrest) Creson, Jacquelyn (John) Hammersmith, and Cynthia (Larry) Huddleston; and brother Richard (Donna) Heinke; along with sisters- and brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was Aug. 14, Quernheim Funeral Home, and Aug. 15, at the former St. John United Church of Christ, Fults.
Funeral services were Aug. 15, at the church, Pastor Nancy Spier-Lee officiating.
Interment followed at St. John Cemetery, Fults.
