Arline L. Klinkhardt

Arline L. Klinkhardt, nee Butterweck, 86, of Red Bud, died Nov. 11, 2012, in Belleville.

She was born Nov. 9, 1926, in Belleville, daughter of the late Albert and Olivia (nee Mohr) Butterweck.

Klinkhardt was a member of St. Augustine Church in Hecker and its Altar Sodality, and was a proud grandmother of all 40 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include children Dennis (Elaine) Biffar, David (Carol) Biffar, Donald (Alice) Biffar, Diane Biffar, Darrel (Dolores) Biffar and Donna Biffar; grandchildren Anthony (Traci) Biffar, Jeffrey (Victoria) Biffar, MSgt. Douglas Biffar, Kevin (Becky) Biffar, Kelly (Mike) Murphy, Phillip (Sara) Biffar, Jonathon (Stephanie) Biffar, Sarah Berg, Mark Biffar (fiance Caren Allgire), Jennifer (L.J.) Rosenkranz, Christina (Christopher) Nottmeier, April Dugan, Brian (Kelly) Dugan, Amanda (Cody) Crossen, Laura (Jason) Burch, LCpl. Matthew Biffar, Michael Stroh and Becca Stroh; 22 great-grandchildren; sister Dorothy Siebert; brother Albert Butterweck; along with nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Quentin Klinkhardt; children’s father Lawrence G. Biffar; and infant sister Hazel Butterweck.

Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, and 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, at Quernheim Funeral Home, Waterloo.

Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Nov. 15 at St. Augustine Church in Hecker, Father Von Deeke officiating.

Burial will be at St. Augustine Cemetery, Hecker.

Memorials may be made to St. Augustine Church, or to the family’s wishes.
