Columbia Police
June 9 – William B. Phillips, 41, of Fairview Heights, was arrested for DUI, speeding, improper lane usage and failure to signal on I-255 northbound.
June 9 – Thomas N. Toal, 18, of Waterloo, was arrested for possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and defective windshield on Admiral Parkway at Admiral Weinel Boulevard.
June 10 – Kevin L. Cobb, 43, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Monroe County warrant for driving while suspended.
June 11 – A report of burglary in the 200 block of Oak Tree Drive is under investigation. An air compressor was reportedly stolen from the property.
June 14 – Ryan M. York, 31, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested for driving while suspended, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage and texting while driving on Old State Route 3 at Imbs Station Road.

 Monroe County Sheriff
June 9 – Michael Davis was arrested on a Monroe County warrant.
June 10 – Paperwork was sent to the state’s attorney for review on possible charges related to an altercation that occurred in the area of 5200 State Route 156.
June 13 – Paperwork was sent to the state’s attorney for review on possible charges related to criminal damage to a vehicle and violation of an order of protection in the area of Steppig Road at Bluff Road.
June 14 – Paperwork was sent to the state’s attorney for consideration of charges related to a possible violation of order of protection on Fountain Creek Ridge Lane.
June 14 – Jake M. Blitz of St. Louis was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.
June 15 – Suspicious activity at the Zoar UCC Church cemetery, 9103 D Road, Columbia, is under investigation. It was reported that there have been individuals at the cemetery after the posted time of dusk. The MCSD will be doing directed patrols in this area and it should be noted any individuals violating the posted sign of “no admittance after dusk” may be subject to arrest for trespassing.
June 15 – Deputies assisted emergency personnel on a single-car crash with an occupant complaining of chest pains about 3:45 p.m. on Route 3 north of Ames Road.

St. Clair County Sheriff
June 16 – The Columbia Fire Department used its rescue boat to assist the Prairie du Pont Fire Department and other agencies in searching for a missing woman who was last seen walking near flood waters under the Canal Bridge on Water Street near Cahokia over the weekend.

St. Louis County Police
June 16 – The Columbia Fire Department was called out at 2:50 p.m. to assist the Mehlville Fire Protection District on a crash with injuries reported in the westbound lanes of I-255 on the Missouri side of the Jefferson Barracks Bridge. Traffic was backed up into Illinois as crews worked to clear the scene.

Waterloo Police
June 13 – Tiffany Spinner, 24, of East Carondelet, was arrested on a Monroe County failure to appear warrant.
June 14 – Nathan Bergauer, 36, of Waterloo, was charged with criminal damage to property in the 200 block of Columbia Avenue after he allegedly shot out the windows of a vehicle using a BB gun.
June 16 – Police were called to Walmart to investigate recent reports of retail theft. The incidents are believed to have occurred June 6 and June 13.
